    Women Who Made Paris

    Duration4 Days
    CountryFrance

Paris, read through the women who shaped it and the women who run it today. From a single Latin Quarter base, your group composes its own fragrance at a family-run perfume house, follows Vigée Le Brun through the Louvre and Suzanne Valadon through Montmartre, tastes wines from female-led domaines and learns macarons at a school founded by a woman. A German-speaking licensed guide accompanies every scheduled activity.

    Day by Day

    1

    Day 1

    Arrival & a Signature Scent

Your group lands at Paris Charles de Gaulle, where our team provides a personalised meet and greet before a private transfer into the Latin Quarter. Luggage is left at the hotel and the first experience begins: a private two-hour perfume creation workshop at a family-run Parisian perfume house still led by women. Participants trace French perfumery back to the fields of Grasse, then compose and take home a fragrance of their own. Overnight in Paris.

    2

    Day 2

Notre-Dame, the Louvre & the Tower

After breakfast, the official German-speaking guide leads a half-day walk from the restored Notre-Dame along the river to the Louvre, with group entry and radio-guide included. Alongside the Mona Lisa, the guide pauses at Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun, the eighteenth-century portraitist. A free afternoon among the women-run boutiques of Le Marais, then pre-booked timed entry to the Eiffel Tower summit by public transport as the city lights up below. Overnight in Paris.

    3

    Day 3

    Montmartre & Women in Wine

Breakfast, then a walking tour of Montmartre, reached by public transport, the guide covering the full day. From the terrace of Sacré-Cœur the walk passes the Clos Montmartre, the only working vineyard in central Paris, and at the Place du Tertre the story moves from Picasso and Renoir to Suzanne Valadon. In the afternoon, a private two-hour wine and cheese tasting led by a female sommelier explores domaines run by women. Overnight in Paris.

    4

    Day 4

    Macarons & Farewell

Breakfast, then a private macaron-making workshop of up to two and a half hours at a Parisian cooking school founded by a woman. Honouring the French Mères, participants master meringue, macaronage, ganaches and piping of the shells, then taste them over coffee and take a box home. Luggage stays at the hotel for a free afternoon on Boulevard Haussmann or Le Marais before a private transfer to Paris Charles de Gaulle. End of our services.
