Innovation & Leadership in Barcelona
Barcelona supplies the case studies and a university campus the theory: four seminar blocks on disruptive leadership, strategic innovation and urban transformation. Your group examines the engineering and financing model behind the Sagrada Família with an official guide, reads modernism against the medieval Gothic Quarter on a specialised walking tour, and closes with a certificate of attendance from a base in the 22@ innovation district.
Day by Day
Day 1
Arrival & Disruptive Leadership Fundamentals
Your group lands at Barcelona-El Prat, where our team is waiting for the meet and greet before the private coach transfer to the accommodation in the 22@ innovation district. In the afternoon the group heads to the university campus for the first of four academic sessions totalling twenty hours, an inspirational seminar on the fundamentals of leadership and the disruptive ecosystems shaping today's economy. A group dinner closes the day. Overnight in Barcelona.
Day 2
Strategic Innovation & the Sagrada Família
After breakfast the group returns to the university campus for its second immersion, this time on innovation and strategic management. In the afternoon theory meets stone at the Sagrada Família, where an official guide walks the students through Antoni Gaudí's revolutionary construction engineering and the technical and financial management model that is carrying the basilica towards completion. Return to the accommodation. Dinner and overnight in Barcelona.
Day 3
Agile Leadership & Urban Transformation
After breakfast the group transfers to the university for the third academic block, built around interactive question-and-answer sessions on agile leadership and strategic vision. The afternoon is reserved for a specialised walking tour through the lanes of the Gothic Quarter and along the Ramblas, reading how modernism broke into the medieval fabric and how successive planning strategies have reshaped Barcelona's public space. Impressions from the route are shared over dinner. Overnight in Barcelona.
Day 4
Corporate Innovation, Certificates & Departure
After breakfast the final training block completes the programme's four university sessions and culminates either in a closing session on the Barcelona campus or in an on-site technical immersion at the facilities of a leading company in the sector. The ceremony awarding the certificates of attendance closes the academic cycle. At the agreed time the private coach collects the group at the accommodation for the transfer to Barcelona-El Prat airport, where our services end.
