Turning Values Into Action
Traveling on two feet or two wheels is one of the most planet-friendly ways to explore, but we know even active travel affects the world around us. Focusing on three core pillars — our people, our planet and our community — we take a holistic, action-driven approach to making a positive impact, both on and off the road.
We invest in our people — prioritizing development, well-being and genuine human connection across every team.
We build lasting relationships with partners, suppliers and the communities we travel through across Europe.
We take action to reduce our environmental impact in our offices and on every trip we operate.
We grow responsibly — supporting local economies and reinvesting in the destinations and partners that make our work possible.

Where We Operate
Destinations Across Europe
From the Atlantic coast of Ireland to the Greek islands, BRACAP's local teams have been building, since 2007, the supplier networks, guides and on-the-ground know-how that make a group programme genuinely work in every European country we cover.
Destination
Group travel in Austria
A breathtaking convergence of dramatic alpine peaks, Habsburg imperial heritage, and refined classical elegance in the heart of Central Europe.
About this Destination
Austria pairs imperial grandeur with effortless logistics for organized groups. From Vienna's world-class concert halls and museums to Salzburg's Mozart heritage and the alpine drama of Tyrol, the country delivers rich cultural and educational depth within compact, coach-friendly distances. Excellent rail links and a central European location make Austria a strong standalone destination or a natural anchor for multi-country programmes linking Germany, Czechia and Italy.
Why BRACAP Here
Mastering Austria’s High-Culture Group Logistics
Austria stands as a paragon of Central European sophistication, seamlessly intertwining monumental Habsburg history with world-class musical heritage and spectacular Alpine topography. From the grand palaces and classical concert halls of Vienna to the Baroque charm of Salzburg and the crystalline lakes of the Salzkammergut, the country delivers profound depth for senior, bespoke, and educational travel. Perfectly positioned at the crossroads of East and West, Austria serves as a highly refined standalone destination or the ultimate logistical anchor connecting Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and the wider Danube region.
Best Regions for Groups
Where to Go
Vienna & the Danube Valley
The imperial capital is a masterclass in monumental architecture and classical art. Groups can explore the Hofburg Palace, the Belvedere, and historic coffeehouse culture. We manage the strict urban logistics of the Ringstrasse by securing approved coach drop-offs and seamlessly connecting the city to the scenic Wachau Valley for private Danube river cruises and Melk Abbey visits.
Salzburg & the Salzkammergut
The birthplace of Mozart and the cinematic backdrop of 'The Sound of Music'. Salzburg’s strictly pedestrianized Baroque center demands precise DMC management for group access and hotel drop-offs. Beyond the city, the Salzkammergut lake district offers stunning panoramic touring, utilizing premium coach fleets adapted for scenic alpine roads.
Innsbruck & Tyrol
A flawless blend of Habsburg heritage and dramatic Alpine majesty. Innsbruck serves as an exceptional hub for senior and leisure groups, offering the Golden Roof alongside accessible cable car ascents to the Nordkette. Its strategic location makes it an essential logistical anchor for cross-border itineraries linking Bavaria with the Italian Dolomites.
Graz & Styria
Often overlooked by mass tourism, Austria’s second-largest city offers outstanding value for bespoke and special interest groups. Graz features a UNESCO-listed medieval center and cutting-edge contemporary architecture. The surrounding Styrian landscape, known as the "Green Heart of Austria," is a premier destination for specialized agricultural tours and culinary routes.
