European Wedding Journey
A wedding in Linz sits at the centre of this twelve-day crossing from Vienna to Milan, with Paris and Florence as the chapters that follow the celebration. Your group moves between the five cities by private minivan and first-class train, with two internal flights booked separately, keeps every day open rather than scheduled, and adds guided visits, concerts or excursions only where it wishes.

Day 1
Welcome to Habsburg Vienna
Your group lands at Vienna International Airport, where a private minivan is waiting outside arrivals for a comfortable, spacious transfer into the city with room for all the luggage. After check-in at the hotel, the afternoon stays free for a first contact with the Austrian capital, or for an optional guided visit along the grand Ringstrasse and through the charm of the historic centre. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 2
Vienna at Your Own Pace
Breakfast at the hotel, then a full day entirely at your group's disposal to settle into Viennese culture at its own rhythm. Suggestions run from the state rooms of Schönbrunn Palace to a café mélange in a traditional coffee house, or an evening drawn from the rich musical programme that fills the capital of classical music. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 3
Into the Heart of Upper Austria
Breakfast at the hotel in Vienna. At the agreed hour, a private chauffeur collects your group for a relaxed intercity transfer by minivan, leaving the imperial capital behind for the Danube and Upper Austria. The direct drive ends at the hotel in Linz, the base for the next three nights and for the wedding itself. Overnight in Linz.
Day 4
The Wedding Day in Linz
Breakfast at the hotel. The whole day is dedicated to the wedding celebrations and the activities surrounding the ceremony in Linz. No sightseeing or transfers are scheduled, so the group follows the timetable of the occasion itself from start to finish, and the city on the Danube becomes the backdrop to the day around which the whole journey is built. Overnight in Linz.
Day 5
Linz, City on the Danube
Breakfast at the hotel. A free day to explore this lively city on the Danube at your group's own pace, a gentle counterpoint to the celebrations of the day before. As an option, a local guide can accompany the group across the handsome main square, through the lanes of the old town and up to the imposing New Cathedral. Overnight in Linz.
Day 6
Rail to Vienna, Flight to Paris
Early breakfast, then a private transfer from the hotel to Linz Central Station for a fast, scenic first-class train journey that arrives directly inside Vienna Airport. The Vienna–Paris flight is not included and is booked separately. On landing in Paris, another private minivan collects your group at the airport for the transfer to the hotel in the French capital. Overnight in Paris.
Day 7
The Charm of the French Capital
Breakfast at the hotel, then a free day to discover Paris. An optional half-day guided tour can be added, running from the majesty of the Eiffel Tower to the bohemian air of the city's avenues and offering an intimate reading of the history and art that live in its streets. The evening remains open. Overnight in Paris.
Day 8
Paris at Your Own Rhythm
Breakfast, and a second free day to be carried along by the charm of Paris. It is the moment to explore the treasures of the Louvre, to stroll through the Tuileries Gardens, or to end the day with a romantic dinner on the banks of the Seine, with the hotel as the base to return to. Overnight in Paris.
Day 9
Towards the Cradle of the Renaissance
Breakfast at the hotel, then a private transfer to the Paris airport for the flight to Italy, which is not included and is booked separately. On arrival at Florence airport, a private vehicle drives your group comfortably to the accommodation. The afternoon stays free for a first walk through the magical streets of the Tuscan capital. Overnight in Florence.
Day 10
Florence and the Medici
Breakfast, then a free day in the cradle of the Renaissance, the Florence shaped by the Medici. There is the option of a half-day guided tour to take in the grandeur of the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Piazza della Signoria and the iconic Ponte Vecchio, or the day can stay entirely unplanned. Overnight in Florence.
Day 11
High-Speed Rail to Milan
Breakfast at the hotel. Our transfer team accompanies your group to the nearby station for the first-class high-speed train north to Milan. On arrival at Milano Centrale, a private transfer takes the group to the hotel. The afternoon is free, or an optional guided visit can be requested to see the imposing Duomo of Milan and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Overnight in Milan.
Day 12
Farewell from Milan Malpensa
Breakfast at the hotel, and the morning stays free until the hour set by the departure flight. A private minivan then takes your group from the hotel to Milan Malpensa Airport, an elegant full stop to a journey that began in imperial Vienna, celebrated a wedding in Linz and passed through Paris and Florence on the way. End of our services.
