Ireland packs its history into every mile — Dublin's storied streets, ancient castles, cliffside vistas and lively pubs where the music never quite stops. Over eight unhurried days, your group crosses the Emerald Isle from the capital to the dramatic Atlantic coast, carried by the warm local hospitality you simply cannot find anywhere else in Europe.
Day by Day
Day 1
Arrival in Dublin
Your group arrives at Dublin Airport where your BRACAP Tour Manager is waiting to welcome you. After a smooth transfer to your centrally located 4★ hotel, the afternoon is free to explore at your own pace — grab a coffee on Grafton Street, stroll St. Stephen's Green or take in the buzz of Temple Bar. The evening brings everyone together for a welcome group dinner in one of Dublin's finest restaurants, paired with a proper Irish welcome.
Day 2
Dublin City in Depth
A full day discovering what makes Dublin one of Europe's most beloved capitals. The morning opens with a guided walking tour through Trinity College and the Book of Kells. After lunch near the Liffey, the afternoon takes you through the Georgian streets of Merrion Square. In the evening your Tour Manager leads the group into Temple Bar for a traditional Irish session — live music, great stout and stories that last a lifetime.
Day 3
Kilkenny — Ireland's Medieval Capital
Heading south to Kilkenny, a city that feels almost untouched by time. A guided tour of Kilkenny Castle reveals centuries of Irish history. The Medieval Mile walk takes you through narrow lanes, Rothe House and St. Canice's Cathedral. The afternoon is free to browse the craft shops and artisan studios for which Kilkenny is famous.
Day 4
The Ring of Kerry
One of the most scenic drives in the world — a 179 km loop around the Iveragh Peninsula delivering an ever-changing panorama of mountain passes, crystal lakes and rugged coastline. Stops at Ladies View, the lakeside town of Killarney, and the ancient stone forts of Cahergall. Lunch in Kenmare before rolling into Killarney for the night.
Day 5
Cliffs of Moher & the Burren
Ireland's most dramatic natural spectacle — the Cliffs of Moher rise 214 metres sheer out of the Atlantic. Your group walks the cliffside path and takes in the O'Brien's Tower views. The afternoon brings the Burren, a vast limestone plateau with prehistoric dolmens and ancient ring forts, before continuing to Galway.
Day 6
Galway & Connemara
Galway is Ireland's cultural heartbeat — cobbled streets, colourful shopfronts and music spilling from every doorway. The morning explores the Latin Quarter and Spanish Arch. The afternoon heads into Connemara's wild moorland and lakes, with Kylemore Abbey as the centrepiece — a neo-Gothic castle reflected in its own lake.
Day 7
Whiskey, History & a Traditional Irish Night
A morning visit to a whiskey distillery brings Ireland's most famous export to life — guided through malting, distilling and maturation before a tasting session. The evening is the highlight of the week: a full traditional Irish dinner show with live céilí music, step dancing and storytelling that makes Irish hospitality unlike anywhere else on earth.
Day 8
Farewell Dublin & Departure
After a leisurely final breakfast there is time for last-minute shopping along Grafton Street or a farewell stroll through St. Stephen's Green before your BRACAP Tour Manager coordinates all transfers to Dublin Airport. The team assists with check-in and luggage, leaving your group with nothing but warm memories of eight extraordinary days in Ireland.
